The evidence

Evidence-based practice

Our understanding of nutrition and health is changing rapidly, and it can be difficult to know which ideas are soundly based on research and which are fashions promoted by the food supplements industry.

As well as having a great deal of experience as a practitioner, I have studied widely in the current professional and scientific literature, keeping abreast of the many advances in nutrition, including those made in the fields of epigenetics, gut flora, and the psychology of habits.
All my advice is soundly based and reflects the most robust and well-tested research.
